Built for scale
Built for Large Concrete Projects
We are a commercial and industrial concrete contractor. Our crews, equipment and estimating process are built around high-volume placements — not small-scope work.
General contractors, developers and facility owners come to us when a project involves tens or hundreds of thousands of square feet of slab, a compressed schedule, specified floor flatness, and concrete supply that has to be locked in weeks ahead. We estimate from your plans and specifications, coordinate placement sequencing with steel and site work, and produce line-item pricing that an estimator can actually compare.
- Slab-on-grade production pours
- FF/FL specified industrial floors
- Foundations, footings and grade beams
- Truck courts and heavy-duty paving
- Equipment and machinery pads
- Concrete demolition and replacement

What High-Volume Concrete Looks Like
Tilt-wall shells, interior slab-on-grade placements, dock aprons and drive lanes on live industrial developments.

Tilt-Wall Warehouse Slab Placement
Interior slab-on-grade placement underway inside a tilt-wall warehouse shell — the core scope of large commercial floor construction.

Warehouse Slab & Dock Apron
Warehouse under construction with poured concrete dock apron and structural steel joists — slab, docks and paving sequenced together.

Volume pricing
Pricing That Scales With Square Footage
Unit pricing improves as placement size grows because mobilization, equipment and crew time spread across more production. Below are the volume bands we bid against. We do not publish fixed per-square-foot prices — real numbers come from your drawings and specifications.
10,000 – 25,000 sq ft
Single-phase pours for light industrial buildings, shop floors and expansions.
- Typically poured in 1–3 placements
- Laser screed placement where access allows
- Budget pricing available from a site plan

What Actually Drives Your Cost
Slab thickness
5", 6", 7", 8" or heavier sections change concrete volume and subgrade prep directly.
Concrete PSI & mix design
3,000–5,000+ PSI, fiber blends, shrinkage-compensating or low-w/c mixes all move unit cost.
Reinforcement
Rebar mats, dowel baskets, WWF, macro or steel fiber each carry different material and labor loads.
Subgrade & base
Lime or cement stabilization, select fill, vapor barrier and proof rolling are often the biggest variables in Texas soils.
Floor flatness
Standard, FF/FL specified, or superflat defined-traffic floors require different equipment and crew size.
Pumping & placement
Pump, conveyor or direct chute access changes production rate and cost per square foot.
Schedule
Night pours, weekend work, winter protection and compressed durations carry premiums.
Site accessibility
Truck routing, wash-out, staging area and interior-versus-exterior placement affect production.

Coverage
Dallas–Fort Worth Is Our Home Market
These are the DFW logistics corridors we work every week. Nationwide mobilization is available for qualifying large commercial projects.
Contractor qualifications
How We Prequalify
Everything a general contractor or owner asks for before awarding a concrete package — and nothing we cannot back up with a document.
Company details
We trade as Concrete Company Near Me. Our registered entity name, tax identification and W-9 are supplied directly to general contractors and owners during prequalification — we do not publish unverified company records on this page.
Service model
We self-perform the concrete scope with our own supervised crews, working as a concrete subcontractor to general contractors, design-build firms, developers and facility owners. Crews work in company uniform under a named site supervisor — never unbadged day labor sent to your site.
Insurance
Certificates of insurance naming the required additional insureds are issued for each awarded project before mobilization. Coverage limits, waivers of subrogation and endorsement requirements are confirmed in writing during the bid period, and we state plainly if a limit exceeds our current program rather than claiming coverage we do not hold.
Bonding
Bid, payment and performance bond requirements are reviewed with our surety before we submit. Where bonding is required we confirm capacity in writing on that project. No bonding capacity figure is published here because unverified numbers help nobody on bid day.
Equipment & production
Placements are planned around laser screed production, boom and line pumping, ride-on and walk-behind power trowels, soff-cut and early-entry saws, laser and total-station layout, and curing and protection materials. Equipment for each pour is listed in the bid so you can see how the production rate is achieved.
Safety
Every placement is run to a written pour plan: pre-pour briefing, traffic and pump-line control, silica and PPE controls, hot and cold weather procedures, and a designated competent person on site. Safety statistics, EMR and program documentation are provided in prequalification packets once verified — they are not advertised here.
Verified information only
We deliberately do not publish license numbers, certification logos, bonding limits, experience-modifier ratings, years in business or client testimonials on this website until each item can be evidenced. Request a prequalification packet and the supporting documents are sent directly, along with references appropriate to your project size.
FAQ
Commercial Concrete Questions
What size commercial concrete projects do you take on?+
Our work starts around 10,000 square feet and scales into multi-hundred-thousand square foot warehouse and distribution center slabs. We are set up for volume production placements, not small-scope work.
Do you provide volume pricing for large slabs?+
Yes. Unit pricing improves as square footage and placement size increase because mobilization, equipment and crew time are spread across more production. Volume pricing is quoted against your plans, specs and schedule.
Can I send plans and specifications for a bid?+
Yes. Upload blueprints, structural drawings, geotech reports and spec sections through the Request a Bid form. Complete documents produce a line-item bid instead of a rough range.
How much does a warehouse concrete slab cost per square foot?+
Cost depends on thickness, PSI, reinforcement, subgrade preparation, flatness requirements and schedule. We do not publish fixed per-square-foot prices because a 6" reinforced FF/FL floor and a 5" fiber slab are not comparable scopes.
Do you self-perform or subcontract the work?+
Placement, finishing and layout scopes are performed by our crews, with specialty partners for items like stabilization, surveying and testing coordinated under the schedule.
What floor flatness can you achieve?+
We build to the specified FF/FL numbers in your contract documents, including random-traffic and defined-traffic floors where the layout and equipment plan support it.
How far in advance should large pours be scheduled?+
Large placements should be reserved well ahead so batch plant allocation, pump and finishing crews line up. Early bid submission also protects against material escalation.
Do you work as a subcontractor to general contractors?+
Yes. Most of our work is performed as a concrete subcontractor to general contractors, design-build firms and developers on commercial and industrial projects.
What areas do you serve?+
Dallas–Fort Worth and Texas are our home market — Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Mesquite, Lancaster, Wilmer, Hutchins and DeSoto. Nationwide mobilization is available for qualifying large commercial projects; send the scope and schedule and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right bidder.
Do you handle demolition and slab replacement?+
Yes. Saw cutting, removal, subgrade repair and replacement of failed industrial slabs, dock aprons and paving are part of our scope.
